There's only one person, well, vampire, stupid enough to live in the tiny room thirteen that's located on the second floor and that's Roxanne Dakker. The girl lives there alone, unwilling to share a room with anyone in case they catch her in the company of someone or crying. Her room is pretty messy at all times, but then again, it's because her little personal touches, including the cupboards full of ancient books and weapons. You know this is Roxanne's room because the door has a huge pentagram sprayed on in red paint, just for a laugh from Emillie and also, it's the only room that constantly has music pumping from the windows.
